March and April 2014 Preparing for Easter Event, Easter ,and Walk with Jesus,and more

All of March was preparation for Easter Event ,I sketched out a design for the Altar and the director approved and I quickly got to work ..

 

The Church already had the cross from past Events so all I had to do was make the rocks ,paint the columns, draw brick walls and paint the goblets in Gold. I gave up on the arches that was suppose to go with the columns, it just didn't work out. we ordered the columns and the columns came with a gray marble design so I painted them to look like a sand color.

Than I started working on the rocks to add around the cross..the rocks were a challenge but I liked the way it came out.

 

Then draw bricks to create a wall.

 

then paint glass in Gold so this can look like Goblets.

 

That Saturday we had another Event "Walk with Jesus" for all the children of ECC.

 

 and after all those projects were done I did some for me and my girl
